Refund and Returns Policy

1. Digital Products

Since Mechfab3D offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (STL files, CAD data, and PDF guides), we do not issue refunds once the order is completed and the product download link has been made available.

As a customer, you are responsible for understanding that by purchasing digital content, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the download or access begins.

2. Exceptions (Technical Issues)

We want you to be successful with your project. If you experience technical issues with the files, please contact us:

• File Corruption: If the downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened, we will provide a new download link or send the files via email.
• Design Errors: If you find a technical error in the design (e.g., a geometry error that prevents assembly), please report it to us. We will provide a corrected version of the file as soon as possible.

3. Hardware and Printing

Please note that we do not offer refunds for issues related to:

• Your 3D printer’s calibration or print quality
• Improper choice of printing materials (e.g., using low-quality PLA for high-load parts)
• Incorrect assembly by the user
