Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

2. Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

Important: For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., STL files, CAD data, PDF guides), your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if you have expressly consented to the execution of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the download or the digital access has begun.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract before the download has started, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
