Digital Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since Mechfab3D offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (STL files, CAD data, and PDF guides), <strong>we do not issue refunds<\/strong> once the order is completed and the product download link has been made available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a customer, you are responsible for understanding that by purchasing digital content, you agree to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as the download or access begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Exceptions (Technical Issues)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We want you to be successful with your project. If you experience technical issues with the files, please contact us:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>File Corruption:<\/strong> If the downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened, we will provide a new download link or send the files via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Design Errors:<\/strong> If you find a technical error in the design (e.g., a geometry error that prevents assembly), please report it to us. We will provide a corrected version of the file as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Hardware and Printing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that we do not offer refunds for issues related to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your 3D printer&#8217;s calibration or print quality<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper choice of printing materials (e.g., using low-quality PLA for high-load parts)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect assembly by the user<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
